Built the initial publishing tools
- Built the Telegram publishing API with one-time and recurring schedules, media uploads and delivery history.
- Added a web dashboard for drafts, scheduling, bot connections and workspace settings.
- Added a Rust command-line client and MCP integration, plus the public website and setup guides.
- Added npm packaging for the native CLI on macOS, Linux and Windows, with checks that wait for each package to become installable.
- Added Pager device-code login, token refresh and remote sign-out to the CLI.
