Upgrading Bitcoin Core from 27.0 to 32.1

Was running Bitcoin Core 27.0. Here’s what changed by 32.1:

  • AssumeUTXO on mainnet, snapshots up to block 965k
  • Default dbcache 450MB β†’ 1GB on 4GB+ RAM
  • Block inputs now fetched from disk in parallel. Devs measured 1.18x to 3x+ faster IBD
