# The Grok bot was quiet because I asked for weekends off

*20 September 2026 · Grok, AI agents*

The Grok bot had been tracking my daily requests each hour, but I observed that updates ceased.

My first assumption pointed to a glitch; however, I had instructed it to notify me Monday through Friday while keeping weekends silent. How foolish of me!

It seems like I am talking to a team member for an update.
